nstall and operation

1, oven is 380V（3phase, 4 wires),( inside double color wire is null wire). 220V is 3 wires

2, after connecting electric, switch on power, (power indicator will light on, voltage meter will point to 380V/220v. then press the “main power”, check the fan’s rotating direction in clock or anti-clock. If wrong direction, please adjust electric phase(it mean adjust the wire of three phase, to make motor run normally

3, setting the baking temperature one by one. Firstly press “set” key, then press “<” key, and “up down” key, to set up the required temperature, baking time and the temperature of over-temperature protector . the temperature of over-temperature protector should be 20 ~30 ℃ higher than temperature control meter.

According to the turn, open “ slow-heat”, then open “fast- heat”, now the oven will heat automatically (the heating indicator will turn green color, current meter will flow).

When heating to the required temperature, when timer reach the required time, machine will cut down the electric power automatically, stop heating, and alarm 10 seconds, switch off the machine.

Bake is over, to take out the sample.

Notes:

1, ensure of RCCB with enough power according to oven.

2, when placing the products into oven, do not give too many. To avoid effecting hot air flow to lift.

Forbidden to place materials which is easy to burn, explode, volatilize and corrode

3, the inside fan should keep open during heating and temperature balance. Or it will effect oven temperature and damage your material

4, please check voltage normal or not before using, forbidden to place material which is easy to burn and explode.

5, do not clean machine by water directly, to avoid electric leakage.
