        ZZW-200H Industrial Camera Operating Instructions

The ZZW-200H high-definition VGA industrial camera has 8 movable horizontal lines and 8 vertical lines. You can select 1 to 8 of them through the menu. The maximum resolution of VGA output is 1920X1080 60Hz. To ensure safety, please read the operating instructions in detail.

Packing parts: C19 industrial camera host, 12V or 5V DC power supply,

install：

The industrial lens is installed on the CS interface of the camera, the VGA OUT interface is connected to the display data cable, the 5V/12V interface is connected to the 5V/12V DC power cable, and the indicator light is green after power-on, indicating that the camera is working normally.

Menu handle：

Press the MEMU key once to open the main menu, and press the MEMU key again to close the main menu. After opening the main menu, you can see sub-menus such as image parameters, function settings, resolution, etc. Use the ▲/▼ keys to move the cursor to select the sub-menu you want to enter, and then press the + key to enter the sub-menu pointed to by the cursor. If you enter the main menu, you will see many menu items: brightness, clarity, color saturation, automatic exposure, automatic white balance, one-key white balance, etc. Use the +/- keys to adjust the values. If you enter the function setting sub-menu, you can see the menu items: language selection, vertical mirror, same screen comparison, vertical line, horizontal line, line color, line width, etc.; use the +/- keys to select or deselect the option. To return to the main menu, just enter the exit item.

Crossing line move：

    After the menu is closed, use the ▲/▼ keys to select the line to be moved. The color of the movable line is different from the other lines. Then use the +/- keys to move the movable line up and down or left and right. Short press the POWER key to quickly turn off and on the crossing line display.

Several methods to adjust the best image effect:

1. Open the main menu->find "One-click white balance" and place a piece of white paper under the lens, and use the + key to trigger.

2. Open the main menu->find "brightness", "red", "green", "blue"->use the +/- keys to adjust the value.

3. Open the main menu->find "auto exposure", use the + key to uncheck it, and then adjust the brightness of the LED light source.

4. If the object you are looking at focuses on details, enter the main menu->find "clarity" and use the +/- keys to increase the value.

5. If the above method messes up the parameters, find the "default value" and use the + key to trigger it. Then the parameters will be restored to the factory default state.

Common problems and solutions:

1.       The indicator light is green and there is no image on the display. Press and hold the ▼ key for 5 seconds.

2.       The LCD display does not display the full picture and has black edges. Please press the AUTO button on the display.

3.       If there is dust on the lens or imaging element, please clean it with anhydrous alcohol (ethanol) or wipe it with a glasses cloth. 

Camera parameters:

1. Imaging element 2 million 1/2.7 inch CMOS, effective pixel 1920X1080, clarity 900 lines.

2. Resolution: 800X600, 1024X768, 1280X1024, 1600X1200, 1366X768, 1440X900, 1920X1080.

3. Image frame rate: 15FPS, 30FPS, 45FP optional, default 30FPS.

2. Adopt CS lens interface, any CS interface lens can be selected.

3. Power input: +5V/12 DC allowable deviation 10%, maximum working current 350mA/150mA, standby current below 100mA.

4. Gray reset factory settings: press and hold POWER (power button), plug in the power supply, and then release the power button.
